JESHI LA MISRI LAMUONDOA MADARAKANI RAISI MOHAMMED MORSI

 
Jeshi nchini Misri limemuondoa madarakani Rais aliyechaguliwa kwa njia ya kidemokrasia nchini humo Mohamed Morsi na imemteuwa kiongozi wa muda wa nchi baada ya maandamano makubwa yanayoipinga serikali.

Akihutubia kwa njia ya televisheni jumatano jioni, mkuu wa jeshi, Abdul Fatah Khalil Al-Sisi alisema katiba ya Misri imesitishwa kwa muda na mkuu wa mahakama ya katiba ameteuliwa kuwa kiongozi wa muda nchini humo. 

Sisi alitangaza kwamba jeshi linaangalia watu wa Misri kufuatana na maandamano makubwa ya upinzani yakidai kuwa Rais Mohamed Morsi ajiuzulu.

Kufuatia hotuba ya kwenye televisheni Bwana Morsi alitoa taarifa kupitia akaunti yake ya Twitter, akiita hatua ya jeshi ni “mapinduzi kamili”. Aliwasihi wa-misri wote kukataa hatua ya jeshi lakini pia aliwataka kuwa na amani.

Kiongozi mpya wa muda nchini Misri, Adli Mansour ana umri wa miaka 68 ni mkuu wa sheria katika mahakama ya juu ya katiba. Ataapishwa alhamisi. 
Kama sehemu ya mwongozo mpya unaoungwa mkono na jeshi kwa nchi, sisi aliutaka uchaguzi wa urais na wabunge, jopo kutathmini katiba na kamati ya mashauriano kitaifa. Alisema mwongozo ulikubaliwa na makundi kadhaa ya kisiasa.

Pia aliwasihi watu wa Misri kuepukana na ghasia. Jeshi lilimpa Bwana Morsi saa 48 kutatua matatizo ya kisiasa au kuwepo hatari ya jeshi kuingilia kati. 

Viongozi wa jeshi walisema wataweka “mwongozo” kama tofauti kati ya serikali ya ki-islam na wapinzani wake hawatamaliza matatizo yao ifikapo jumatano mchana ya tarehe tatu mwezi wa saba mwaka 2013. Tarehe hiyo ya mwisho ilipita muda wake bila ya hatua zozote kuonekana.

Bwana Morsi hakika alikataa wito wa kujiuzulu na aliapa kuendelea kubaki madarakani hata kama itamsababishia kifo chake. Pia alilalamika jeshi kutoa kitisho chake cha kuingilia kati katika matatizo ya kisiasa.

Baruti zilipaa angani kwenye umati wa watu wanaocheza na kupeperusha bendera katika uwanja wa tahriri Square mjini cairo, kiini cha ghasia za mwaka 2011 ambazo zilimuondoa Rais wa muda mrefu nchini Misri, Hosni Mubarak.

Katika wiki ilizopita maandamano yenye ghasia kati ya wafuasi na wapinzani wa bwana Morsi yameuwa takribani watu 40. 

Jeshi la Misri limetangaza kuchukua madaraka ya nchi hiyo huku likitangaza kuwa si mapinduzi lakini Mohamed Morsi si rais tena wa Misri. Tayari Saudia Arabia imetuma salamu za pongezi kwa mkuu wa jeshi la nchi hiyo kwa kuchukua madaraka.

Hali ya rais Morsi ilikuwa ngumu pale wananchi wake walipoamua kuingia mitaani kumpinga siku chche zilizopita kwa maandamano baada ya kujitwalia madaraka mengi kiutawala kama mtangulizi wake.
